About BenchK

Lift Yourself — sports furniture that looks at home and trains like a gym.

Our Story

BenchK was founded in 2014 in Rzeszow, Poland by Vadim and Irena Zemlianyi. What started as a simple idea — a wall-mounted training system that doesn't look like gym equipment — grew into a new product category they call sports furniture. The concept is straightforward: training equipment should blend into your living space, not dominate it.

The company tagline, "Lift Yourself," reflects a philosophy that goes beyond reps and sets. BenchK products are designed to support mobility, rehabilitation, strength training, and everyday movement — making fitness accessible to anyone, at any level.

Made in Poland

Every BenchK product is 100% designed and manufactured in Poland. The wooden elements are crafted from FSC-certified beech and finished with organic linseed oil — no synthetic coatings or harmful chemicals. Steel components are powder-coated for durability.

This commitment to local manufacturing means tight quality control and short supply chains. From raw material to finished product, everything happens under one roof.

Safety & Certification

BenchK products are certified to EU safety standards PN-EN 12346:2001 and PN-EN 913:2019-03. These certifications qualify the equipment for use in schools, kindergartens, rehabilitation centers, commercial gyms, and personal training studios — not just homes.

Load-tested up to 150 kg (330 lb) including dynamic movements, BenchK units are built for serious use by serious athletes and everyday users alike.
