- Minimum wall thickness: 12 cm
- Tools needed: drill, 10mm masonry bit, level, pencil, screwdriver
- Two people recommended

Unbox & Inspect
Check all parts against the included parts list.
What's in the box: wall bars, mounting brackets, Fischer expansion plugs, assembly manual with QR code.

Mark Your Wall
Use the included template or measure: 67 cm wide, mark 4/6/8 drill points.
Pro tip: Use a laser level for perfect alignment.

Drill & Mount Brackets
Use 10 mm bit for Fischer SX 10x80 expansion plugs.
Wall tips: Concrete: use hammer drill. Brick: regular drill works. Wood stud: use included wood screws.

Hang the Wall Bars
Lift onto brackets, secure with included bolts.
Two people needed for this step — the frame weighs 25–35 kg.
5
Attach Accessories
Pull-up bar, dip bar, bench — slide onto rungs.
Good to know: All accessories use felt-lined hooks to protect the finish.

Test & Enjoy
Check all connections, hang from top rung to test.

Wall Type Guide

Concrete / Masonry
Best option. Use included Fischer plugs. Holds 150 kg+ easily.
●
Wood Stud
Use BenchK wall holder kit (WH1+S4 or WHB+S8). Find studs with a stud finder.
●
Drywall Only
NOT recommended without backing. Add a plywood backer board first.
