Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

BenchK offers free shipping on all orders delivered within the continental United States (48 states). Due to carrier limitations, we are currently unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or US protectorates.

All shipments are delivered to street addresses only. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via freight carrier due to the size and weight of our products.

Delivery

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Most deliveries arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your location. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If there is visible damage to the packaging, note it with the driver and take photos before signing.

Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange a product, please contact us before shipping anything back. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

All returns must be in original packaging and in unused condition. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
